MechApoclaypse: Proving Grounds Alpha 0.1.18


Alpha version 0.1.18 now live!

New

  • Area capturing indicator. Now has numbered indicators, more clear update progress line and counter under each line, which displays capture progress for each team. When it reaches 1500 or above objective "Capture Area" status updates as "Complete" or "Failed",
  • dependson wich team collected more points first.
  • Capturable Points of Interest(POI) now displayed on radar, as well as zones for capture. Indicators changes color depends if captured or not. Neutral points is white, friendly is blue and enemie's is red.
  • Missile movement changes. Quill Hybrid and Tiny Rocket now doesn't flyes straight forward, but moves in various directions while approaching the target. This is by far is mostly cosmetic and experimental feature, that only "looks cool".
  • Missile spread. While multiple missiles is launched simultaneously, every next missile can go off-course in a slight radius increasing whith every next missile launched in pack. At this point this feature is avaliable only for following missile launchers:
    • Stingray-17
    • Sturm Launcher        
  • Camera shake added while firing next weapons:
    • Stingray-17
    • Sturm Launcher   

Fixed

  • Minimap mid-radius digits and circle.
  • Minimap extraction and capturing areas.
  • Minimap zoom change buttons.
  • Spawn Crawlers returned to missions and shooting range.

Known bugs

  • If you have updated from previous version, game may freeze in hangar. To avoid this, just restart the game. I did so, and therefore I couldn't track bug and fix it.
  • Issues with following trees in lab screen:
    • Hawk Body
    • Corxi
